YINNOH provides a self-organized and innovative learning community that offers 21st-century skills, digital skills and internet connectivity, personal and professional development, and equal opportunity to all Young refugees.

Every 3months YINNOH aims to lead 30 new scholars/youth through a personal and professional transformation based on project–based learning experiences whereby they take up organizational roles and responsibilities as part of learning through actual job placement.
